You can add any publicly traded stock to your portfolio by typing its
ticker symbol — the short code used on the stock exchange
(for example, AAPL for Apple, MSFT for Microsoft).
After you type the symbol and click Look Up, we’ll check
if it’s a real stock and show you the company name and current price.
Then choose whether to add it as a Holding (you own shares
and want to track their value) or a Watchlist item (you’re
interested but don’t own it yet).
